The League of Women Voters of Baltimore City mourns the passing of Dr. Loretta M. Richardson, past president and dedicated leader whose commitment to democracy and civic engagement left a lasting impact on our organization.

Dr. Richardson served the League with distinction. She was a trusted mentor, a tireless advocate for voter education, and a steadfast ambassador for democratic values in Baltimore City and beyond.

We are profoundly grateful for her years of service and the legacy she leaves behind. Dr. Richardson’s leadership and vision will continue to guide our work as we honor her memory through continued service to our community.
