Baltimore City Council meetings are primarily held on Mondays at 5:00 p.m. These meetings are open to the public and typically held year-round.

- Alternative Meetings: The Board of Estimates meets on Wednesday mornings at 9 AM in the Hyman Pressman Board Room, 2nd floor of City Hall.
